Cofradía de Pescadores de Punta Hidalgo La Cofradía de Pescadores de Nuestra Señora de la Consolación, situada en Punta Hidalgo, en el municipio de San Cristóbal de La Laguna. En los años 60, se convierte en una de las zonas más importantes para el turismo del norte de la Isla. Piscinas naturales, espectaculares puestas de sol y el romper de las olas en la costa, son sus principales atractivos. El tranquilo pueblo con mar bravío es cuna de casi 2.500 habitantes, en su mayoría pescadores y agricultores. Los pescadores de Punta Hidalgo poseen un restaurante a pie de mar, donde aprovechan para vender parte de la pesca del día: lapas, mero, camarones y bocinegros, entre otros.

Fishermen's Association of Punta Hidalgo The Fishermen's Association of Saint "Nuestra Señora de la Consolación", is located in Punta Hidalgo, a part of the municipality of San Cristóbal de La Laguna. In the 60s, it becomes one of the most important areas for tourism in the north of the island Natural pools, spectacular sunsets and crashing waves on the coast, are its main attractions. The quiet village with a rough sea, is the home of nearly 2,500 inhabitants, mostly fishermen and farmers. The fishermen of Punta Hidalgo have a restaurant on the shore of the sea, where they sell part of the day's catch: limpets, grouper, shrimps and "bocinegros" fishes, among others.
